Based on various parameters of the clinical trial data such as inclusion/exclusion criteria, the team will identify data points which then help add granularity to published trials data. The curated, value added data from clinical trials is then used for future research efforts directionally and marketing efforts We ensure a quality review with highest accuracy and timeliness. Product Information Calls - As calls are received by providers, pharmacists, and general consumers, our staff can either directly field the calls based on level of complexity or support your on-shore clinical staff with follow-up clinical documentation.

Adverse Event Reporting - Reporting that is required by regulatory authorities and accreditation agencies involves side effects of drugs. This data is required to be entered in multiple platforms/databases as each interface might serve a different purpose.

Our trained pharmacists can either own the documentation function in its entirety depending on the complexity or support your on-shore clinical staff with appropriate hand-offs as deemed appropriate by the on-shore pharmacists.

Clinical Documentation - This function while mandatory and required to document the various aspects of a clinical operation could be quite tedious and take a lot of time and effort from on-shore clinicians which could have been used for more valuable functions like engagement with providers/partners. Our team of pharmacists can help with owning this function and supporting the on-shore clinical staff.

Operational Metrics

 

Our team will build the below metrics for you to evaluate and assess our performance.

  1. Productivity Metrics – we would measure the time required to complete a task as a percentage of estimated time to complete the task as prescribed by the customer. We will track the time on our end.

  2. Efficiency Metrics – we will record each task that comes to us and follow it to completion by assigning it a ticket number. We will report the number of tasks completed on time as a percentage of total number of tasks assigned to us.

  3. Quality Metrics – we will report the number of tasks performed accurately as a percentage of total number of tasks assigned to us as a quality metric.

Our goal in all 3 instances would be to strive for 100%. These metrics are of course subject to approval by the customer and open to review and reassessment as desired by the customer.
