Operational Metrics

Our team will build the below metrics for you to evaluate and assess our performance.

  • Productivity Metrics – we would measure the time required to complete a task as a percentage of estimated time to complete the task as prescribed by the customer. We will track the time on our end.

  • Efficiency Metrics – we will record each task that comes to us and follow it to completion by assigning it a ticket number. We will report the number of tasks completed on time as a percentage of total number of tasks assigned to us.

  • Quality Metrics – we will report the number of tasks performed accurately as a percentage of total number of tasks assigned to us as a quality metric.

Our goal in all 3 instances would be to strive for 100%. These metrics are of course subject to approval by the customer and open to review and reassessment as desired by the customer

How does YS1 deliver high quality service and performance

 

To ensure that our clients are supported with only top-caliber resources, YS1 utilizes the following 3 step recruiting process to source and hire staff members:

 

  • Candidates are screened based on the requirements that were pre-defined during the conceptualization process.

  • Candidates are invited for a face-to-face interview session with one of the assigned Recruitment Specialists, with the aim of assessing the candidates’ inter-personal capabilities and overall knowledge on the subject matter. 

  • If the candidates pass steps 1-2, he/she is then scheduled for a sit-down interview session with the Hiring Manager. This is done to ensure that the hiring manger can work with the candidate and the candidate will thrive in the team’s over-all culture.

  • We perform an intense background checks to ensure there are no red flags with reference to their employment.
